Salary : Based on experience

Blunier Builders, Inc. is a post frame building company located in Washington, IL that specializes in post frame buildings (pole buildings) for a variety of applications including agriculture, residential, and commercial use. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our Design / Estimating department. The individual will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. We offer competitive pay based on experience as well as great benefits.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Produce preliminary residential and commercial renderings
  • Customer meetings to discuss designs and ideas
  • Use a CAD drafting program to design building plans & layouts
  • Accurately perform material take offs

Job Qualifications :

  • Ability to adapt and meet deadlines.
  • Detail Oriented is a must
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Strong team player
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Post Frame experience is preferred, but not required
  • 2-4 years experience in interior design or building design, preferably in post-frame industry
