Job description

You’re a recent graduate or early-career engineer, preferably holding an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, eager to apply your skills to real-world structural projects. You’re passionate about learning, collaborative problem-solving, and designing structures that are safe, efficient, and reliable. At Sebago Technics — a 100% employee-owned, innovative firm — collaboration, technical excellence, and community impact are at the heart of everything we do. Here, your work matters, your ideas are valued, and your professional growth is supported. We’re looking for a Structural Engineer at the start of their career who wants more than just a job—they want to learn from experienced mentors, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow toward PE licensure. If you’re ready to build your career while being part of a culture that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration — including our expanding mid-coast presence in Brunswick, Maine — this is the place for you.
