Summary of Position :
The Provider Relations Specialist (PRS) is responsible for managing the relationships with our Medical Providers throughout Kintegra Health. The PRS will act as a subject matter expert and be the go-to person for questions and provider escalations. Additionally, they will be the liaison between our internal operations team and the medical providers. This position also serves as the confidential support for the Chief Medical Officer.
Education : Associate degree with 5 years of experience in administrative / office position or a bachelor’s degree in health care or public health with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience : Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Key competencies : Communication skills-written and verbal, planning and organizing, prioritizing, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, adaptability, customer service orientation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :
- Support to Chief Medical Officer and all Medical Providers.
- Acts as main point of contact for medical providers.
- Advocates and acts a liaison for providers across internal departments.
- Coordinate any required and / or requested programs / activities within the department.
- Formalize, document and communicate information to Providers, Team Leads, and Senior Management as required.
- Follow up in timely and accurate manner any questions from Providers or others within Kintegra organization.
- Support any meetings that are conducted by the Chief Medical Officer as needed.
- Coordination of schedules as related to recruiting / hiring of physicians and mid-levels in conjunction with Human Resources and Chief Medical Officer. (Arrange interview time and dates, coordinate interview agenda, arrange lodging)
- Coordinates events to include provider recognition, anniversary celebrations, quarterly meetings, etc.
- Document and communicate any addendums or new guidelines for Kintegra Health Provider Staff.
- Execute any projects as assigned by Chief Medical Officer and / or Senior Management
