Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Danville, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Typical schedule M-F / 8 : 00a-5 : 00pm

Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting

Possibility for in office procedures

Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% peds

Education Requirements :

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Two years of clinical practice is preferred.

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse / physician assistant licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
