Essential Functions : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position :

• Regular, reliable attendance is required as work cannot be performed remotely.
• Clean warehouse floors with sweeper machine.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Prepares the bails in the cardboard compactor for removal when the bailer is full.
• Gather and dispose of plastic by operating plastic bailer.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Must be able to follow safety rules for personal protection and the protection of others, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain Housekeeping Stations and notify manager of any needs.
• Maintain Cardboard line and address any jams in a timely manner.
• Collect and dispose of cardboard in pick zones as necessary based on business operations.
• Deep clean / Sweep one zone per week to maintain clean environment.
• Assist with opening / prepping pick boxes on as needed basis.
