TX Logistics Specialist
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and managing all supporting business operations. This role involves customer order management, execution, and communication through email and telephone with staff, independent contractors, and pickup and delivery contacts. The specialist will maintain accurate data in each order tracked in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of customer orders, ensuring precise adherence to customer instructions.
- Coordinate and schedule the timely pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
- Oversee the completion of additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling / registration, and vehicle placement into storage.
- Maintain communication via email, telephone, and CRM with relevant parties, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Update CRM activities and notes promptly, maintaining accurate data and uploading necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
- Calculate and offer flat fees on orders in the absence of the manager or through their direction.
- Manage the storage facility, including vehicle inventory and movement, and ensure accurate vehicle condition reporting.
- Monitor and manage the team dashboard to keep orders progressing efficiently.

High School Diploma.At least 6 months of customer service experience; inventory experience is a plus.Strong Microsoft Office Excel, data entry, and CRM experience.Advanced computer skills and a typing speed of at least 37 WPM.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Work Environment
The position is based on-site, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and involves multi-tasking in an office setting. The role requires comfort in communicating with independent contractors (truck drivers) to assign orders and serve as their main point of contact. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
