Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who s excited to practice in a post-acute care setting and ready to shape their own schedule. Whether you're an experienced clinician or just starting your journey, this role offers the chance to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact .

Ideal Candidates Will Have :

Active New Mexico NP / PA license

FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA certification

DEA (preferred but not required)

A strong desire to deliver compassionate, whole-person care
