Search Director

A company is looking for a Group Director, Search (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of SEM channel specialists and Account Leads, overseeing client partnerships and contract negotiations

Drive search strategy, innovation, and performance improvement across accounts while presenting strategies and results to clients and stakeholders

Responsible for team growth, training, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture within a hybrid working model

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Paid Search

Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1MM+ monthly

Recent experience optimizing for LLMs in both paid and organic search

5+ years of management experience with at least 3 direct reports at the Associate Director level or above

4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
