A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee onboarding, adoption, and renewals within the Net New Commercial segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact onboarding to ensure rapid activation and early business wins
Drive adoption of the AI-powered SaaS platform and manage customer outcomes across a ~$5M book of business
Develop success plans aligned to executive KPIs and proactively identify churn risks
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of SaaS or AI Client Success experience
Proven track record in managing and renewing multi-million dollar ARR portfolios
Experience with enterprise and / or mid-market accounts
Ability to translate AI and data platform capabilities into measurable business impact
Strong operational discipline within structured lifecycle and automation-driven environments
