What we are looking for :

Lead Mitigation Technician - Our ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing a team of water technicians, managing water damage projects, performing complex demo / mitigation / remediation tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing technical expertise during mitigation efforts, essentially acting as the primary point of contact for a water damage team on site.

In this role, you will :

• Be available for on-call shifts to respond to urgent water, fire, and board-up damage events.
• Communicating with clients, explaining the restoration process, and addressing concerns.
• Evaluating the extent of water damage, identifying potential hazards, and determining the best course of action.
• Performing necessary demolition to access affected areas and removing damaged materials.
• Setting up and monitoring specialized water extraction and drying equipment.
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed, including photos, moisture readings, and client information.
• Work effectively and efficiently with other team members.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
