Now, we’re looking for a  forward-thinking CAD Operator / Modeler  who thrives on accuracy, loves solving problems, and can turn concepts into build-ready realities—while staying on the cutting edge of residential homebuilding.

Compensation : $60,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities :

  • Craft submittal-ready 2D & 3D plan sets using advanced CAD systems
  • Maintain our Central Data Model with code, feature, and spec updates
  • Prepare detailed site plans, structural layouts, and permit-ready documents
  • Support sales and marketing teams with collateral that wows and informs
  • Own the QA / QC process—because accuracy isn’t optional
  • Collaborate across departments to reduce field variances and build confidence
  • Keep projects on schedule and aligned with our  Slot Schedule System
  • Help shape the buyer experience with clean, clear, and compelling plans

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in CAD or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with building science and prescriptive lateral engineering
  • Passion for automation, innovation, and next-gen design tools
  • Clear, responsive communication with sales, supers, and vendors
