Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist with strong customer service, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring seamless desktop and application performance for end users. This role also supports hardware / software upgrades, user training, and system optimization to maintain high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot user issues related to desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Resolve hardware break-fix, TCP / IP connectivity, and IP setup issues independently.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve proprietary application concerns.
- Support end-to-end processes for technology upgrades, including client interviews, evaluations, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Evaluate and test new programs and enhancements to ensure system compatibility and performance.
- Analyze workloads and system capacity to recommend improvements or expansions.
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software components.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide day-one technical support.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and system changes.
- Develop user training materials and provide hands-on technical support.
- Maintain system performance through testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Protect client data confidentiality and follow security protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices through professional development.

Experience :
3+ years of hands-on technical support and troubleshooting experience.
