- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm day shift schedule
- Productivity requirement of 25 units per week
- Home health setting focused on geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics
- Experience with OASIS documentation required
- Specialized in wound care and lymphedema management
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
- Expertise in adaptive devices and body mechanics required
- Experience with neurodevelopmental techniques and spinal cord injuries
