Cloud Vice President

A company is looking for a Vice President of Cloud to oversee cloud infrastructure and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Define and enforce service level objectives (SLOs) and lead incident management for proactive reliability

Manage AWS environment and budget while driving cost / performance tradeoffs

Standardize and evolve infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and CI / CD practices

Required Qualifications

10-12+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading Infra / Platform / DevOps / SRE teams

Extensive experience with AWS, particularly in high-volume systems

Proficient in operating Ruby on Rails applications in production on AWS

Expertise in Kubernetes, including designing and operating EKS for mission-critical services

Experience with Terraform, CI / CD automation, and security compliance in regulated environments
