Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for a Medical Technologist in Muskogee, Oklahoma . This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $27.17 to $40.76 , based on experience, for three 12-hour night shifts per week .

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist :

Perform and analyze laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank

Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality test results in compliance with laboratory protocols

Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex lab instruments and analyzers

Perform and document quality control checks and participate in proficiency testing

Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test results

Follow safety and infection control standards while maintaining accurate documentation

Assist in maintaining laboratory supplies and workflow efficiency

Requirements of the Medical Technologist :

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field

Oklahoma state licensure (if applicable)

1+ years of lab experience with high complexity testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
