Mystic Pools is a leading pool service company providing high-quality maintenance and repair services. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain pool equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

What Youll Do :

Diagnose, repair & install pool pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, salt generators, and safety covers.

Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues.

Communicate professionally with customers and explain service details.

Keep the truck organized and clean to ensure you have the necessary supplies.

Maintain accurate service records and reports.

What Were Looking For :

5+ years of experience in pool service, plumbing, electrical work, or mechanical repairs.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must have a valid drivers license.
