Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Prominent law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills. Experience with Titles and Surveys highly preferred. This is a remote position as long as you reside in one of the following are the states : NC, SC, FL, VA, TN, OR, OH, TX, GA, MA, and CO. This is a direct hire position with a salary between $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience with excellent benefits in Uptown Charlotte NC.
