Loss Prevention Specialist

Position Purpose:

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company's assets by preventing financial losses due to theft and fraud. In this dynamic role, you will actively support safety compliance and environmental program adherence across your assigned store or multiple stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing advanced tools to deter loss, including monitoring CCTV footage and analyzing exception reports.
• Maintaining the store's physical security and auditing Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
• Promoting a culture focused on shrink elimination within the store.
• Documenting incidents through detailed case reports, preserving evidence, and liaising with law enforcement when necessary.
• Testifying in criminal and civil court actions as required.
• Reporting any hazardous conditions to the Manager on Duty to ensure a safe environment for all associates and customers.
