The role you'll contribute : The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution.

The value you'll bring to the team :

Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.

Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.

Provides appropriate chart documentation.

Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

High school graduate or equivalent required

2 years in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
