Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities include :

• Delivering resident-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities
• Administering age-appropriate care as per individual care plans, focusing on both physical and psychological needs
• Assisting with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Recording vital signs and providing support with dining experiences while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Communicating with nursing staff about any changes in residents’ conditions and assisting with procedures when required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in residents' living areas
• Encouraging and supporting residents in engaging with wellness and recreational programs
