At Renewal by Andersen, we aim to make window and door replacement a breeze for homeowners. As part of the well-established Andersen Windows family, which has been around since 1903, we are dedicated to providing a great customer experience. We are excited to add an Installation Coordinator to our administrative team.

What You'll Do

  • Keep track of installation performance using various spreadsheets and a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations Managers and installation teams to gather feedback on project performance.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the installation process and tackle administrative tasks along the way.
  • Communicate with customers through calls to update them on their projects and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Who You Are

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • You're great at following up and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a bonus) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
  • You pay attention to details and can solve problems independently.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.

  • Work from our Cranford office, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.
