The HR Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The role leads the delivery of workforce strategies and the implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR areas. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional HR areas.
