Therapist - Full Time

Turing Point is focused on building out a best in class dual treatment Intensive Outpatient Program from youth struggling with Mental Health and Substance Use. In addition, we're working to build strong families and help the communities we serve addressing mental health and substance abuse.

Among the current suite of services, we offer Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, Behavior Coaching and Family Services, DUI / DWAI services, and Individual and Family Therapy. Services are offered in-home, in the community, or from either outpatient facility (913 11th Ave in Greeley and 1644 S. College Ave in Fort Collins). We have contracts with DHS and DYS, and also provide services to youth, families, and adults not involved in the system.

Minimum Salary : $60,000

Position summary and general purpose : Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate treatment plans for assigned caseload as well as facilitate individual, group and family treatment sessions.

Please note, this position is for our Greeley location. Must be able and willing to travel to South Weld County.

Role qualifications :

• Master's degree in mental health discipline. Must be licensed or provisionally licensed.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor preferred, or actively seeking this licensure.
• Minimum two years clinical experience in client assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Prefer work experience with individuals and families. Prefer interest in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Self-directed work style and ability to collaborate effectively with treatment team, agency administrators, and all personnel to meet agency objectives. Demonstrated ability to show initiative in managing job responsibilities, communicating job performance ideas and concerns to supervisor, and seeking resources to maintain and build areas of expertise.
• Excel at time management, documentation skills, and have excellent computer skills to be able to navigate different EHR systems.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a representative of the agency, and thus converse professionally and knowledgeably with clients, their families, licensing, referral agents, law enforcement and the public at large.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate program's needs to include evening and weekend hours.

Position responsibilities :

Review each new client's comprehensive history, previous treatment, and initial treatment goals.

Participate actively in the admission, treatment planning, discharge and aftercare planning for the client. In addition is directly responsible for completing client discharge summaries.

Therapist caseload determined by 'productivity model,' 80% of time spent on billable activities.

Professional Relationships and Representation :

Complete other duties as assigned.
