Marketing Manager

We're hiring for a Marketing Manager !

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives that drive B2B lead generation and brand engagement. This role will focus on campaign execution, automation, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement marketing campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert leads.
• Lead Google Ads strategy and optimization to improve traffic and ROI.
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
• Oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead flow and sales alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance and lead metrics to drive improvements.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of marketing KPIs.
• Stay current on B2B marketing trends, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Provide creative direction to the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00 / yr.
