Texas TMC Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager for a Traffic Management Center.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Shift Supervisors, Training Supervisors, and Operators

Manage and evaluate shift supervisors, including team scheduling and performance reporting

Develop relationships with TIM partner agencies and make enhancement recommendations

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or related certification in a technical field and 8+ years of related experience

At least 3+ years of recent experience in Operations Management or similar services

Experience as a TxDOT TMC Supervisor or Operations Manager

Proven ability to address conduct and performance issues

Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating operations and personnel
