Job descriptionCompensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications. Signing bonus. Up to $125,000 internal loan repayment as well as governmental loan repayment programs Generous time off. Pay range $258,800-$279,785
Our team
Join our team of five physicians and two APPs in our Wenatchee Pediatric practice. We are a collaborative and caring team that works cohesively together. This is a stable group of providers and support staff with very low turnover. Developmental Pediatrician and Behavioral Health embedded in provider group.
Position Overview
- Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician
- 0 FTE position
- Outpatient only practice, fully staffed Pediatric Hospitalist team
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State

- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
