Job description

Monitor sales orders and reserve product inventory per customer wanted dates.

Create shipments for upcoming customer orders per customer wanted dates.

Coordinate product inventory shortfalls with manufacturing operation productions scheduling.

Align shipment priorities with shipping and transportation operations.

Proactively collaborate between departments to resolve customer order, inventory availability, and shipment scheduling opportunities.

Coordinate customer order pickup scheduling and retail shipment requirements per customer supplier agreements.

Generate adhoc reports and compile order / shipment information to support customer service efforts across departments.

Maintain open communication with designated customers to promote desired service level.
