The Post Producer works with the post-production leadership team to breakdown project needs, as well as bid, produce and reconcile post-production projects.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage complex post-production budgets and communicate status of budget to studio leadership and client partners
• Work with discipline leads to ensure we maintain top notch talent by providing regular feedback and assist with mentoring / developing talent.
• Oversees communication and proper delivery of necessary elements between all creative partners (directors, composer, VFX, sound designer, etc.) for offline, color grading, final mixing, online, visual FX
• Serve as a key point of contact for our clients and our post production staff
• Maintain and expand freelance talent roster
• Attend and document project briefings / kick offs
• Ensures our clients' needs are met and our post production talent has everything they need to perform their jobs.
• A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
• Other duties as assigned
