Education : Associate's degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses and Certification : Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545) BLS

Experience and Skills : Technical Experience : N / A

Role Specific Responsibilities :

• Implements Plan of Care
• Measures and communicates progress towards goals
• Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
• Provides supervision to rehab techs and students

Inpatient : Provides weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines

Compensation (commensurate with experience) : $23.65 - $36.66
