CPA Corporate Controller

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead and scale its accounting operations while supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all corporate accounting operations, including general ledger and financial reporting

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and manage external audit relationships

Design and implement internal controls aligned with SOC 1 compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including prior Controller or Assistant Controller roles

Active CPA license with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP

Experience with internal controls and SOC 1 readiness

Proven track record in leading ERP or accounting system implementations
