Develops sourcing strategies and directs team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve continuity of supplies while driving continuous improvement, driving staff engagement, and cost reduction. Identifies opportunities, develops and executes sourcing action plans to maximize optimal outcomes. Develops and maintains proactive relationships with Medical Staff, Leadership, and interfacing departments.
