As a Senior Sustainment Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That's why we need you, a seasoned Senior Sustainment Manager, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy clients and organizational Department of Defense system sustainment strategies. You'll work with key stakeholders to review maintenance and sustainment contracts and project costs for client Navy platforms. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and Power-Bi applications making regular interactions with system stakeholders, SMEs, schedulers, and project analysts.

You Have :

• 8+ years of experience with Project Management, Program Management, or Product Support Management within DoD or NAVSEA Program Offices
• 2+ years of experience in New Construction or Shipbuilding PM support
• Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements and Federal Acquisition processes
• Knowledge of military or commercial Unmanned Systems
• Ability to develop senior IPS or PM products and engage with and brief senior leadership on those products
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Program Management, Acquisition, or Business field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
