For our US subsidiary, we are looking for a software specialist for the position of " Technician Installer Trainer "

This position entails traveling to Steel manufacturing facilities, primarily in the US and Canada, to implement our software product. There is also the opportunity for international travel as Steel Projects is a worldwide company. When not traveling, you will be in a customer support role. Support will involve assisting customers with software issues, performing remote installations and training.
