Pay Rate : $85–$90 / hr. on W2

Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Schedule : 5 days / week, 8 hours / day, 40 hours / week.

Job Summary :

The Nurse Educator will provide clinical education and training to nursing staff within an acute care setting. This role focuses on enhancing staff competencies, supporting professional development, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The educator will work closely with nursing leadership and frontline staff to implement evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver educational programs and clinical training to nursing staff.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new nurses.
• Promote best practices in patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with unit leadership to identify learning needs.
• Maintain documentation of training activities and outcomes.
