Plumber I
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber I to join our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading plumbing projects, performing advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems.
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures; test joints and pipe systems for leaks, open clogged drains.
- Inspect high pressure, air, steam, water and gas systems to ascertain malfunctions.
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
- Weld small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials.
- Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures.
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, or fixtures using hand or power tools.
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for.
- Maintain current plumbing and / or gas license in accordance with governmental regulations.
- Follow standard procedures and process, ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked.
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.

High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Plumber Helper or 2+ years in a plumbing role.Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.Extensive experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.Valid driver's license.Annual Compensation Range : Minimum $51,667.20, Maximum $77,500.80 Salary Unit : Yearly
