Schedule : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (Overnight, rotating or fixed schedule)

Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Brick Production Associate to join our overnight team in Wadesboro, NC. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality production. You'll start by performing quality checks and using basic hand tools, with the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator role where you'll learn the full process of manufacturing and machine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect bricks and cubes for quality, ensuring correct dimensions, consistency, and color.
• Use hand tools such as a tape measure and caliper to verify measurements and maintain product accuracy.
• Monitor brick color and consistency before loading materials into the mixer.
• Support machine operations by assisting with changeovers to different brick sizes.
• Learn to troubleshoot and reset machines to maintain continuous production.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production or quality issues.
