Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this school-based role, you'll provide assessment, therapy, and advocacy for students across a variety of grade levels and learning needs.
Key Functions
Evaluate students referred for speech, language, and communication challenges.
Design and implement therapy sessions that support both academic and functional success.
Write and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with a focus on student-centered goals.
Serve as a collaborative team member in special education planning and service delivery.
Engage families, caregivers, and staff with clear communication and expert insight.
Keep thorough and compliant records of services provided and student progress.
Stay informed on Washington state regulations and best practices in school-based speech services.
