Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team supporting multiple agile projects in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach multiple agile teams across diverse software development projects

Facilitate core scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Proactively identify and help remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and industry experience

3-5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment

Proven success managing or supporting multiple agile teams across simultaneous projects

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience working in or with higher education institutions or clients is strongly preferred
