Oregon Licensed Senior Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney - Commercial Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities :

Advise on commercial real estate loan matters, including originations and servicing

Manage outside counsel engagement and ensure effective legal support

Draft and negotiate loan documents and provide risk-based legal guidance

Required Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required

5+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate lending or related areas

Strong background in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance

Experience in litigation management and dispute resolution preferred

Familiarity with corporate governance and due diligence preferred
