LOCATION

This is a Minnetonka, MN based position with generous flexibility to work from home.

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Project Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to our eClinical platform, providing timely and knowledgeable support to ensure client success. Progressive development within the role, coupled with direct engagement with the product, equips the Technical Project Coordinator to contribute meaningfully to client projects including study setup, testing and validation activities.With a strong foundation in both technical product knowledge and client-facing responsibilities, Technical Project Coordinators are well-positioned for future opportunities within Mednet.

JOB DUTIES

  • Work closely with teammates to provide attentive care across client engagements, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Provide first-tier support for company applications to customers and end users.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and care primarily through written communication.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Document and track support issues within a ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of product updates and changes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Support the building, testing, and validation of clinical studies with guidance from senior team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL

  • Effective Communication Clearly convey information, both verbally and in writing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organizational Skills Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently; adapt to interruptions and changes while maintaining composure.
  • Attention to Detail Ensure accuracy in all work; follow up on details to avoid errors.
  • Commitment to Quality Deliver high-quality service and evaluate processes to uphold standards.
  • Technical Proficiency Utilize intermediate computer skills and various software platforms effectively.
  • Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • (Level I) 0-2 years of related experience.
  • PREFERRED

  • Bachelors degree

    COMPENSATION

    $26 to $28 per hour ($55,000 to $60,000)

    SCHEDULE

    Daytime M-F

    Position is hybrid / remote-friendly
