Position Details :

Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour, paid weekly

Schedule : 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off, typically 5 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (must be flexible with shift start time)

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

Lifting Requirement : Up to 35 lbs

Dress Code : Business casual

You'll Do :

• Coordinate communication between customers, drivers, and leadership during assigned shifts
• Verify driver paperwork and close out completed loads
• Review and manage backhaul reports, routing any missed opportunities
• Build and manage load boards; schedule shuttle moves and pallet deliveries
• Confirm PTO requests and monitor driver call-offs
• Ensure accuracy of routes, stop types, and delivery information
• Assist with planning salvage and backhauls
• Maintain detailed records and support logistics operations as needed
