Payroll & HRIS Specialist

The Role :

Manage end-to-end payroll for employees accross multiple FEINs using UKG Pro

Lead and optimize HRIS projects and workflows as the go-to system expert.

Serve as the go-to resource for ad-hoc reporting , leveraging UKG Business Intelligence

Oversee file feeds from UKG to benefit carriers and external systems; partner with vendors to avoid transmission issues.

Support HR and Finance with payroll reporting, audits, and system data requests.

Maintain and continuously improve well-documented payroll processes.

About You :

Proven payroll experience – you've independently managed payroll from start to finish.

UKG Pro expertise is required.

Strong grasp of payroll compliance, taxes, and multi-entity processing.

Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative HR team.

Solid understanding of HRIS data management and vendor coordination.
