Position : Director of Media at Marcus Theatres

Step into the spotlight as the Director of Media at Marcus Theatres, where you'll lead innovative marketing strategies to amplify our brand and drive sales across 78 theatre locations. Based in our Milwaukee, WI headquarters, you'll report to the SVP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our entertainment experience. As the fourth-largest theater circuit in the U.S., Marcus Theatres operates 995 screens across 17 states under Marcus Theatres, Movie Tavern by Marcus, and BistroPlex brands. We're passionate about delivering movie magic and exceptional guest experiences, and we're seeking a visionary leader to elevate our marketing efforts through digital, social, and traditional media.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Shape Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost attendance, maximize sales, and strengthen the Marcus brand across digital, social, and paid media channels.
• Drive Digital Innovation : Oversee weekly digital media campaigns, website, and app optimization to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Lead Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze market trends, competitor data, and campaign performance to optimize ROI, KPIs, and budget management.
• Foster Collaboration : Partner with film, operations, and sales teams to create campaigns that support movie releases, theatre initiatives, and company goals.
• Inspire a Team : Supervise and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Explore new technologies and marketing practices to keep Marcus Theatres at the forefront of the industry.
