As a Security Professional - Healthcare Facility in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel, including any hazards that may be present.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Support the enforcement of facility rules, regulations, and policies to help maintain order within the healthcare location.

Work collaboratively with hospital staff and local authorities as needed during incidents and / or emergencies.

Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
