Director of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead all aspects of the revenue cycle for a telehealth healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle function, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance

Oversee daily RCM operations and manage direct reports to foster a culture of accountability

Enhance, track, and report on KPIs while collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-growth or technology-enabled services organizations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field

Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management and payer contracting

Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence across functions
