Health Navigator

A company is looking for a Health Navigator, Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Engages with clients and monitors medical alert alarms, determining response requirements

Contacts clients to assess alerts and verifies patient information, entering data into systems

Maintains records, answers inquiries, and assists with client enrollment and support

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience

LPN / CNA / Medical Assistant certification preferred

Call Center experience preferred

Equivalent combination of education and / or experience accepted
