About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : 2+ years of current Med Surg / Telemetry experience required. Minimum of 3 months previous travel experience required. Charge experience required. PCU experience strongly preferred.

License : State License required

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• Charge experience
• Drip experience
• Ability to float to any inpatient unit within the scope of practice
• Supervisory signed reference from within the past two years

Description :

This is an adaptive acuity unit.

On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care with a 3 : 1 ratio.

This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused.

Drip experience is required.

Charge experience is required for this need.

Do not upload a traveler without charge experience.

Holiday requests will not be considered for this need.

All available time has already been reserved.

Nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 5.

Number of beds on the unit is 25.

Any and all requests for time off must be included in the profile at the time of submission.

The facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after the time of offer.

Failure to provide this information prior to submittal may lead to a rescinded offer.

Minimum requirements must be met to qualify for submission.

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
