What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity or security-related hazards within the location.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required to address incidents and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
