We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and metric-driven immigration attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing substantive and technical leadership, project and case management and assumes the responsibility for the most complex, difficult cases. The immigration attorney supervises all activities of paralegals and legal assistants and is responsible for identifying legal issues and providing creative legal strategies for our clients.

While we strongly support personal and professional development, we require an experienced immigration attorney for this role.

Our ideal candidate shall possess the following :

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of attorney experience in the family immigration filed.
• Experience in the business immigration field is preferred.
• Must have knowledge and research proficiency in USCIS and NVC policies and procedures as well as relevant statutes and regulations.
• Must be able to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must have excellent English writing and oral communications skills.
• Must have excellent computer skills required including online research and preferably INSZoom, Microsoft Office Suite and / or Microsoft Office 365.
• You must adapt to changes quickly. Our office is very fast paced, and things can move very quickly.
• You MUST be fluent in English and Spanish.
