Responsibilities

• Test and Troubleshoot : Use specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, identifying issues down to the component and sub-assembly level with precision.
• Interpret and Execute : Analyze schematics, drawings, and specifications to set up and perform tests, ensuring products meet rigorous standards.
• Collaborate and Mentor : Share your expertise by cross-training and mentoring other technicians, while providing technical guidance to assemblers.
• Innovate and Improve : Recommend process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate and Document : Provide clear written and oral feedback on test results, troubleshooting efforts, and quality observations.
• Maintain Excellence : Keep your workstation and tools organized, comply with safety regulations, and engage in a self-directed teaming environment.
